2010 resolutions!
Happy New Year.....It is time to THINK-PLAN-ACT. Let us think about some resolutions that would improve our body-mind-spirit. I will be doing a 7 min workout each day to keep toned and energetic. I will be reading and doing crosswords and a 10 min meditation for the mind. I will be thankful and kind and do my tai chi form for my spirit! How about you???

Thanks for the heads up....I can't say I've written anything down yet so here goes.
1). I want to attend 2 T'ai Chi conferences ( seminars).
2). I need to meditate also, say 10 minutes a day (three white light meditations a week) starting and ending with a prayer for guidance, understanding and wisdom.
3). At least 30 minute workouts 3-4 days a week to keep what I got left.
4). Daily T'ai Chi practice to keep myself sharp in form and mind. Lots of breathing exercies.
5). Help those that can't help themselves.
6). Complete my Equine Massage training.
7). Be the best friend I can be to all that would call me such.
Remember to review and adjust these goals every month.
